CLUBS & ORGANIZATIONS

ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT IS A LOT LIKE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT. YOU'VE GOT TO DO THIS A LOT, TOO. THAT'S WHY WE'RE HERE.

One of the biggest challenges with student organizations is that they are run by students-in-training (if they received any formal training whatsoever). Our job is to make your job easier. Get the students to the event and we'll keep them there. Not in their seats, because that would be a dull lecture, but engaged in a transformational experience to help them lead their organizations with purpose and integrity

Don't settle for working with just some solo speaker; there's no real leadership expertise coming from someone who works alone. We have an ever-growing team of high-energy, relatable, and diverse facilitators that are certified in our curriculum to help you co-create the event that will get your students what they want and need. You're helping your students, but who's helping you? We are.

WE DO GOOD STUFF. LET THESE FOLKS PROVE IT...

"We’ve worked with Collegiate Empowerment for the past 2 years as a part of our Student Organization Workshop for a morning keynote, lunchtime energizer, and wrap-up at the end of the day. They are extremely easy to work with and have a a ton of ideas to share with you, but they’re also very, very interested to hear what it is you’re hoping to get out of the day. Collegiate Empowerment is truly interested in customizing their presentations to be in line with the goals you have for your conference."

"We believe in the product. The sessions are engaging, attractive, and powerful for students. We are only able to afford someone coming in every few years and Collegiate Empowerment does the best for us more than other agencies and speakers."

— Lauren Fontarum, Student Activities Coordinator
