What Every College Student Needs To Know®
About Strengths Development

As described by the innovator of the strengths movement, Gallup, “Discover what students need to uncover their most powerful strengths and learn how to apply them in their daily lives.” This new paradigm of the strengths movement that emerged in the late 1990’s has FINALLY made its way onto today’s college campuses—and it’s about time!

This seminar experience examines the philosophy and benefits of maximizing your strengths and unleashing your potential. The CliftonStrengths for Students assessment is required prior to the seminar so that participants can understand and explore the way they learn, study, interact socially, accomplish goals, and more. It's the tool they can rely on to develop into the student, employee and person only they can be. We’ll discuss a comprehensive overview of the strengths-based literature and models and participants will discover where your CliftonStrengths themes fit into the four domains of leadership.

If you are looking for a way to put yourself and your campus community on the cutting edge to help students get more engaged, have higher well-being, and create better postgraduation outcomes, then you will not want to deny your campus of this enlightening session. We can even share with you strategies for becoming a strengths-based campus.
