uMeet™ for Leadership Retreats
High-energy, low-cheesy, and totally relevant ice breakers.
What Every College Student Needs To Know®
About Leadership Team Building
Planning a retreat with student leaders from various clubs and orgs? Need to break the ice and develop bonds to encourage collaboration? Looking for an easy way to break barriers to communication and teamwork? Well, we've got just the thing for you!!
Finally, a high-energy, low-cheesy approach to ice breakers! uMeet is a thrilling experience that engages student leaders in relevant energizers and community builders that begin with simple get-to-know-you conversations and build to outrageous, energy-driven exercises that help students become more comfortable with their peers and stretch beyond their comfort zones.
uMeet is not some ice breaker; it’s a real conversation. Rather than meeting everyone for just a few seconds, students will engage each other through one-to-one conversations. Students will leave forming real relationships that go beyond simply knowing someone's name and major. Think engagement, retention, school spirit, multicultural awareness, and fun…all rolled up into one awesome event! It's an experience for any student audience, any size audience, at any time of year. uMeet is the best way to introduce everyone to everyone else!
uMeet is a great kickoff for leadership conferences and retreats, followed up by any number of our leadership or organizational development seminars!
