AN INTEGRATED EXPERIENCE
The digital Collegiate Empowerment Conference provides a fresh take on the typical conference experience where participants travel from one session to the next without any connection between them. The focus here, instead, is on integrated and connected sessions within an expansive context where each is focused on providing clarity and direction to help students (and professionals) feel empowered to get what they want and need. Throughout the experience, students will attend feature sessions followed by a block of sessions to choose from. Professionals will also have their own track to focus on what they want and need. The conference will conclude by bringing everything full-circle and integrating material from the entire afternoon.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT IS LIKE TAKING A SHOWER…if you only do it once, you’ll stink. Our goal is to help you take more showers together. (Okay, maybe that’s over-the-top, but we all need more leadership development at any stage in the game.) This conference is intended to complement the standard nuts and bolts training that you cover with your students on campus.

FAQs
Early registration is really only $995 for up to 25 participants and runs through March 18th. After March 18th, registration is $1,295 (because we will be preparing for you in advance).
Your live, customized digital empowerment show will have the same high-energy, interaction, engagement, and fun you’d expect from us on campus.
We use our Zoom Meetings platform so that everyone can interact in a variety of formats suited to their learning style. We will simulate an in-person experience using the chat, breakouts, and spotlight view for interaction.
Be camera-ready and in a space where you can fully participate. This is live; tell all participants to be camera-ready.
Let everyone know to be present, shut down all other work, and minimize distractions. This will make the experience 10x more fun and valuable.
