  • Learn from and facilitate the content of internationally renowned bestselling authors and speakers.

  • Get award-winning training and accountability (the equivalent of 5 college courses each year):

    • Winter Auditions & Spring Rehearsals (to prepare for your performance and the CE Summit)

    • The Summits during the first week of May and December (rehearsal, certification, and training)

    • The Preseason Launch in August (final preparations before your first tour each academic year)

    • The Postseason Debrief (to review highlights, insights, actions, questions, and performance)

    • Monthly Connection Calls (to stay in touch and be inspired)

    • Training Calls (consultant and facilitator training, as needed)

    • One-To-One Coaching Calls (off-stage support, as requested)

    • Slideshow Packages (beautiful PowerPoint slides with scripts, audio, and video)

  • Clock management of the content, group discussion, exercises, reflection, and appropriate breaks

  • Developing unique concepts, exercises that anchor the learning, and tools that provide a system for action

  • Differentiating between relevant and inappropriate content for your session

  • Using humor, questions, and discussion properly to make dull materials come to life

  • Creating customized agendas for any content and any type of event

  • The 23 laws of visual slide design that make or break your PowerPoint

  • Managing your events like a boss from setup to breakdown

  • Establishing a positive and empowering learning atmosphere with limited distractions

  • Assessing room sizes and layouts required for different learning experiences

  • Your high performance state: visual, vocal, & verbal

  • Overcoming nervous energy and make a strong first impression by projecting confidence and enthusiasm

  • Learning to read an audience, locate champions in just five minutes, and adjust to the needs of participants

  • Achieving instant trust, rapport, and credibility

  • Focusing on not speaking: your movement, eyes, voice, & tech

  • Dealing with difficult audiences that suck (your energy)

  • Working with small groups, large groups, and everything in between

  • Facilitating anything that can go wrong (because it may go wrong)

  • Becoming a dynamic facilitator by enhancing your personal style and mannerisms
