The 2024 goal is to serve 50,000 participants during 254 shows for 85 clients. We’re going to need you in order to do that and as a team we’re going to need to level up. There’s a saying: what got you here won’t get you there. Rookies only attend Day 1 (Thursday). Rookies are welcome to be a part of the Meet & Greet on Wednesday night—lodging will be reserved for you in this case. Please confirm your schedule with the Team Performance Specialists.

PURPOSE-DRIVEN, MISSION-FOCUSED

Summits are Team Events offered at no charge to Collaborators, intentionally designed and required for professional advancement, team building, collaborative preparation, and personal growth.

CE will provide training and development, offer certifications and licenses to those who qualify, showcase new shows and seminars, prepare for Peak Season, and onboard new team members.

Collaborators will be energized, engaged, and empowered to rise to their next level of performance, as well as encouraged and challenged during training exercises to demonstrate, debrief, and/or deal with hecklers and technology mishaps via simulations of real event issues that are designed to stretch capabilities and comfort zones.

BUT REALLY, WHY?

The short answer: because the industry of Higher Education and our audiences deserve the best from us, and we are committed to providing the best possible experience for our clients and the students we serve.

The longer answer: We facilitate high-energy, interactive, engaging, and fun shows, seminars, retreats, and conferences from orientation through graduation...and that takes practice... a lot of practice to deliver at the level that we do. We are constantly training to level up, rehearsing to turn comfort into confidence, granting certifications, gearing up for new seminar productions and licenses. We continue to clarify our collective vision and strategize how CE can help you achieve your professional goals of increased certification.

Another saying: we stretch in practice so we’re flexible in the field.

SCHEDULE

TRAVEL: WEDNESDAY NIGHT
6:30-8:30p: Optional Meet & Greet team dinner (on your own)

DAY 1: THURSDAY, 8:30a–8:30p (Rookies & Returners)
The day is long, simulating Peak Season.
This is the day we sweat—the day we earn it.
Lunch and dinner included. We earn that, too.

DAY 2: FRIDAY, 8:30a–4p (Returners ONLY)
You’re welcome to stick around and grab dinner together.
Explore Princeton and Nassau Street.
Or make like a tree and leave.

ACCOMODATIONS & REIMBURSEMENTS

Total travel costs up to $150 will be reimbursed. The Company may provide a grant to reimburse above this limit on a case-by-case basis.

Lodging is provided for Thursday night and available Wednesday night so you can get travel out of the way and connect with the team.

Continental breakfast is available. Lunch, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages on all days and dinner on the first day will be provided.

Master Level Faculty Members will have all expenses paid, including travel, lodging, and meals.
