LONG STORY SHORT

Brennan is thrilled to be a part of the CE Squad! Starting in 4th grade as Hogney Dangerfield in Trial of the Big Bad Wolf, Brennan has always loved the joy of being in front of an audience. With training and performances at iO, Second City, Comedy Central, and UCB throughout his performing career, he hopes to follow the fun now with Collegiate Empowerment. This is for you, Britt, Lennox, Claudius, and Flower.

THE REST OF THE STORY

Brennan fell in love with performing and improv as a kid watching Whose Line Is It Anyway, then at the University of Virginia as a member of The Whethermen improv. He has been following the fun ever since, with performance stints at iO and Second City in Chicago and Comedy Central, UCB, and The Pit in NYC. He is a current faculty member at The American Musical and Dramatic Academy, training the next generation of performance artists for Broadway and beyond. He earned a Master's Degree of Education while a member of Teach For America in Chicago, and has also worked with educational groups Opening Act, Wingspan Arts, and The 52nd St Project. His performance background includes a US Tour of Beauty and the Beast, performances in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, and a summer of Shakespeare on the Boston Common. Maybe his favorite memory: performing a Lewis Black play, One Slight Hitch, with Mr. Black himself in the audience, then getting to spend the opening night party regaled by stories by the man himself.

REAL GPA

Brennan's Genius is in his moment-to-moment improv, his Passion is for sharing his enthusiasm with the audience, and Achievement comes from knowing he has left a positive impression with the people in front of him.

OUTSIDE OF CE

Brennan has been a lifelong, long-suffering Dallas Cowboys fan since he was a kid and will happily take on the jeers and boos of other sports fans. He also loves to read and is, also tragically, an intense political news consumer.
