LONG STORY SHORT

As a former student leader and athlete, Jack Gottlieb realized that there was more to college life than just being involved and getting a degree. It’s no coincidence that Jack is unwavering in his efforts to drive sustainable improvements in the culture, value proposition, results, and transition of student organizations. He brings years of proven, high-level success to driving systemic change and impact for colleges and universities. During his tenure at CE, Jack was a Master Facilitator, leader of the sales culture, Director of Campus Impact Initiatives, and all-around good guy to compete with. Now, as a graduate, Jack serves as CEO with Total Solutions Group, a strategic consulting and training company.

THE REST OF THE STORY

Collegiate Empowerment was something that was always a part of him and he didn’t know it until it was right in front of him. Jack went to Rider University and after a year realized he needed to spend time defining what he wanted for his life. He took a year off and discovered personal development. When Jack transferred to Kutztown University and got involved in the Association of Campus Events, he came across Collegiate Empowerment at a conference and immediately knew that he wanted to bring CE to campus because CE had a purpose that aligned with what he knew was missing in Higher Education. The rest, as they say, is history.

As a CE Alumnus, Jack is a highly accomplished senior executive with 20+ years of proven high-level success in building and turning around organizations to achieve their optimal potential and performance. He is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of the Total Solutions Group a strategic consulting and results-based training firm. Their mission is to drive the results that are Really Most Important™ for an organization now and for the long-term to fully thrive in the marketplaces, with their customers, for their organization and with their people. It’s no surprise that this talent came in handy during his tenure with CE as a part of the leadership team.

REAL GPA

Jack leads with Creativity and Relationships and isn’t too far behind with his Leadership capability. This means that ideas and people always come first, whether it’s his ability to create unique solutions to client challenges or pausing the agenda to focus on what the students need.

OUTSIDE OF CE

Jack received a B.S. from Kutztown University in Marketing/Management with a concentration in I/O Psychology. He lives with his wife Jennifer in Jackson NJ and their 2 children Allison & Brandon and their dog Baymax. He is a diehard Philadelphia Eagles fan and Pittsburgh Penguins fan.
